So there was some You Tube footage floating around where Tru Life was saying “We ain’t fucking with Snoop.” Considering Snoop helped Tru get on, this was a pretty big deal. MTV spoke with Snoop and he had this to say.

“I felt like Tru Life was a shining star [in terms of why he chose to deal with Tru]. I know some people are saying he went bad on me on YouTube or he went negative on me. But I didn’t trip off of that. He said what he said in the heat of the moment. It was in his heart. I’m a grown man. When we finally met each other, we got an understanding.”
